Gather all your ingredients from your wintery woods and gardens while taking a long walk in the crisps snow. Gather a generous handful of the above ingredients, in addition to a few cups of freshly fallen snow. Bring everything to your tea place, place the snow in a vessel to melt into boiling water, trim and rinse your wildcrafted tea components, then place everything in a teapot and add the boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 to 15 minutes, then enjoy while taking in a beautiful midwinter sunset.
